By downloading or playing Pulse("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The game

Pulse is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may update, change, or discontinue the app or the leaderboard service at any time.

2. Fair play

You agree not to:

• tamper with, reverse-engineer, or automate the app to submit scores you did not legitimately achieve;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the leaderboard service;
• submit initials or content that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, or obscene.

We may remove any leaderboard entry and block any device that violates these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

3. Leaderboard content

The 3-letter initials you submit are displayed publicly on the global leaderboard and on this website. Choose them accordingly.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or leaderboard will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
